Chelsea Cox – A friendly visit from ‘STRAYA’

It was the Friday before the Easter holidays when a young lady from Australia offered our 5th year students a peak into Australia’s culture and society. The students loved every second of her presentation. Here some excerpts of what the students thought of Chelsea’s visit:

“It was really interesting to hear something about Australia from someone who lives there and not from a tourist. I loved how Chelsea represented her country and the stories she told us were fantastic.”

“I hope I can spend my holidays in Australia soon.”

“Chelsea did a really good job because she was open-minded and friendly.”

“I loved how she spoke to us.”

“It was very interesting because she’s from Australia and knew a lot of special things. I liked most when she gave us a kind of jam that is typical in Australia.”

“What I found most interesting was that the people wear comfortable clothes in public.”

“It was really interesting to hear about Australia, its culture and its lifestyle.”

“I was surprised that you can go skiing in Australia.”

“The PowerPoint presentation was well-organized. I loved how she explained her continent to us.”

Do we want Chelsea back sometime?  Oh yes, we do!

Thank you so much for your time Chelsea. You rule!
